who we are
We are a Czech transport and service company founded in 2013.
We specialise in domestic and international road freight transport and truck service for vehicles of all brands.
Our strategy is based on a personal approach to both our customers and our employees. We value fairness, trust and strong long-term relationships.
We cooperate with major Czech and international companies, building stable and lasting partnerships with them. Today, we employ more than 40 people and, within our category, we are a truly stable, reliable and competitive company.
We place emphasis on the quality, speed and flexibility of our services.

what we do
We provide our customers with comprehensive services in road freight transport and truck service.
We arrange transport of shipments from 1 kg to 24 t, unloading with a forklift or hydraulic crane, and express or groupage transport — always with a focus on your satisfaction and the fastest possible delivery.
For transport, we primarily use our own vehicles from SCANIA, VOLVO, MERCEDES, RENAULT, MAN and DAF. Where our own vehicles are not currently available, we cover your needs through our contracted forwarding partners, who are subject to our regular audits of capability and quality.
Our vehicles are always kept in excellent condition, so you can rely on us to deliver your goods just in time. If anything unexpected happens on the road, we always respond flexibly to the situation to ensure that the agreed transport conditions are met. We gained this competitive advantage by building our own truck service.
Within our truck service, we specialise in servicing and repairing all trucks.
We not only take care of our own vehicles to keep them in perfect condition, but we also support our partners and customers who do not have this option. We believe that this effort has a positive impact not only on our customers, but also on the Czech transport market as a whole.
Milestones
2013
We start in road transport. We buy our first vehicle — a used Volvo FH. The driver is none other than the company owner himself,
Mr Pavel Malík.
2015
Demand for our services continues to grow.
By this year, we already own 7 vehicles, all tractor units with curtain-sided semi-trailers.
2017
We buy our first truck-and-trailer combination with a hydraulic crane for the distribution of building materials and begin cooperation with Xella CZ, s.r.o.
2020
By this time, we already have 13 vehicles. Growing demand for our services keeps pushing us forward. Our vehicles and premises are no longer sufficient, so we acquire Autodoprava Štork, s.r.o. With this step, we also begin servicing our own vehicles in rented premises.
2022
Autodoprava Štork gradually becomes Malík Transport. We stabilise our fleet at 26 vehicles. A vision begins to take shape:
our own site for both road transport and truck service.
2025
We fulfil our vision.
We purchase a site in Starovičky. We build facilities for trucks, offices and service operations.
We expand our services to include service and repairs of trucks of all brands for external customers.
